Dr. jur. Dr. phil. Patricia Wiater is external lecturer (Lehrbeauftragte) and postdoctoral candidate (Habilitandin) at LMU‘s Chair in Public and European Law (Prof. Dr. Rudolf Streinz). Her dissertation (Juris Doctor) has received multiple awards, her postdoctoral research on the protection of individual rights on both the European and international levels is being supported by LMU and BGF.
